Here are some musings:
-This semester is going to be harder, but I have a better feeling about it. My adult clinical is much more organized this semester than the last. I'm still at Mass General, but I'm on a different floor. The floor I was on last semester was an oncology floor and it was very depressing. It's nice to have patients this semester who will actually get discharged sooner or later.
-I can't wait to see babies being born during my maternity clinical on Mondays (also at Mass General). I know there are some gross things that go on during the whole birthing process (no elaboration needed) but I still think it'll be fun. I have orientation this coming Monday and my first day the Monday after that.
-I don't really mind getting up early anymore. It sucks but I have to do it so whatever.
-Lost is effing amazing.
-Andrew Bird's new album is fantastic and I can't wait to see him on Friday!
-When I was walking over to the library some clueless people (in a car with an NJ license plate) asked me where upper campus was. I was giving them directions but they were like "No, we want to drive through it." I didn't know where the exact entrance was and told them that. They asked me about living on Upper and I said I didn't live on Upper freshman year. The wife got mad and told the husband that I "didn't know anything" and that they should leave. I kind of felt like a 'tard. I'm glad my parents never did that to an actual BC student.
-WHY DO I HAVE SO MUCH WORK TO DO ALREADY?
-If the BC Men's Hockey team doesn't win tonight I think that the season will end up being mighty unsuccessful. But I do say that every year...
-I miss Katherine!!!
